What about schools for military families?

School decisions are personal, so I don't rate or rank schools, and I won't steer you toward or away from any area because of them. What I do is point you to the right official sources. Each school district can confirm which school serves a specific address, and boundaries can change, so verify with the district before you decide. The school district boundary maps on this website can help you see early which district a home falls in. Military families also have help of their own: your branch's School Liaison Officer and Military OneSource can answer questions about transferring records, enrolling mid-year, and special programs. The rest is logistics, and logistics is one of my military specialties.
