These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Lone Star Realty’s website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You may use the website for personal, lawful real-estate research and to communicate with Lone Star Realty. You may not interfere with website security, scrape or harvest personal information, misrepresent your identity, introduce malicious code, overload the service, or use site content or listing data in violation of law, multiple-listing-service rules, or third-party rights.

Using the website, receiving general information, submitting a form, or communicating initially with Glenn Wegner does not by itself create a broker-client, fiduciary, agency, or representation relationship. A brokerage relationship is established only through an applicable written agreement. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until the relationship and communication method are confirmed.

The website design, branding, original text, graphics, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to Lone Star Realty and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal viewing is permitted. No license is granted to reproduce, republish, sell, modify, or create derivative commercial works without written permission. Listing content remains subject to the rights and rules of its respective owners, brokers, and multiple listing service.

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the website will be brought in state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning website use, but they do not replace any separate written brokerage, representation, listing, buyer, transaction, or service agreement.
