Can you use your VA loan benefit multiple times?

Yes. The VA loan is a lifetime benefit, not a one-time use. You can use it again if you have enough remaining entitlement, or if a previous VA loan has been paid off and the VA restores your entitlement. You can even keep one home and buy another with a VA loan if your remaining entitlement covers it. With full entitlement there is no VA limit on how much you can borrow. With remaining entitlement, county loan limits apply, so the numbers need to be run for your county. Working with a lender who knows VA loans matters here. After you sell a home bought with a VA loan, it can take a few days to clear and reinstate your entitlement for the next home, though timing varies. I've worked with lenders on this, and it goes smoothly when they know the process.
