In my own words
I spent 27 years in the Army before I ever sold a house — most of it in leadership positions, moving up from platoon leader all the way to battalion command, with combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Bosnia-Herzegovina along the way. I led soldiers at every scale in between, from a company of 150 to an 850-soldier battalion in Afghanistan. I flew helicopters, ran logistics for an entire brigade, and spent my last active-duty assignment managing military airspace stretching 17 states, from New Mexico to Michigan, for the FAA. None of that shows up on a real estate resume. But it's exactly what I bring to your kitchen table when you're deciding whether to sell now or wait, or whether an inspection issue is a dealbreaker or a negotiating point: a career built on staying calm, planning under pressure, and making the right call on a deadline.
I got my real estate license in 2015 and opened Lone Star Realty in 2023 so clients would always work directly with me — not filtered through a team, or handed off to someone new partway through the process. I'm the broker, the owner, and the agent on your file from your first question to closing, and I've been ranked in the top 3% of agents by sales volume doing it that way.
I hold seven professional designations — ABR, CIPS, CLHMS, GRI, MRP, RENE, and SRES — covering everything from buyer representation and luxury marketing to military relocation and negotiation. I didn't collect them to put letters after my name; I've used every one on an actual client's transaction, and I reach for whichever one fits what you're working through. I also hold a Texas broker's license, not a sales agent license — years of additional experience and education beyond the minimum, and it means I carry full legal responsibility for your transaction myself, rather than answering to a managing broker somewhere else. When a decision needs to be made, I'm the one making it.
I'm based in Keller and work across North Tarrant County and the greater DFW area — Southlake, Trophy Club, Fort Worth, Flower Mound, and beyond. Military and veteran relocation is where I focus hardest, for an obvious reason: I've made that move myself, more than once — PCS orders, tight timelines, house-hunting from another state, all of it. I know what it actually takes.
If you're weighing a decision about buying, selling, or relocating and want someone who picks up the phone, tells you the truth, and stays with you through closing, that's the brokerage I built. Call or text anytime.
