This Privacy Policy explains how Lone Star Realty and Glenn Wegner, Broker/Owner (collectively, “Lone Star Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use this website, submit an inquiry, or interact with our real-estate services.

The policy applies to Lone Star Realty’s pages. Property-search and account pages hosted at lonestarreal.idxbroker.com are provided through IDX Broker and may apply their own privacy terms when you use those pages.

Information you provide. We collect the name, email address, phone number, message, real-estate interests, timing, communities, property preferences, and other information you choose to submit. We also record the page from which an inquiry was submitted, the type of request, and the date and time consent was provided.

Communications and relationship information. If you communicate with us, we may retain emails, text messages, call notes, appointment information, property interests, and records needed to assist with a potential or current real-estate relationship.

Website and device information. Our hosting and analytics services may process technical and usage information such as Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. Administrative sign-in areas use essential session cookies. Google Fonts may receive basic request information when your browser loads site fonts.

IDX information. When you use IDX Broker search, saved-search, favorites, alert, or account features, IDX Broker may collect search criteria, saved properties, account details, and related usage information under the notices displayed on its pages.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide buyer, seller, relocation, valuation, and community guidance; deliver requested property-search services; schedule conversations; maintain business and transaction records; improve and secure the website; measure aggregate website performance; comply with legal and regulatory duties; and protect our rights and users.

When you expressly consent, we also use your contact information for follow-up communications about your inquiry. Follow-up may include automated email or text-message steps delivered through our customer relationship management provider. We do not require communication consent as a condition of buying or selling real estate.

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Recipients may include:

• SureSend, which processes website inquiry data, manages contact records, and delivers follow-up communications on our behalf;
• Manus, which provides website hosting, database, file storage, security, and website analytics infrastructure;
• IDX Broker and applicable multiple-listing-service providers, when you use property-search, saved-search, account, or listing-alert functions;
• professional advisers, transaction participants, vendors, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, protect rights, complete a transaction at your direction, or comply with law; and
• a successor in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not share text-message opt-in consent or mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

The public website uses hosting and analytics technology to operate securely and understand aggregate site performance. Administrative sign-in uses an essential session cookie. Third-party pages, including IDX Broker pages, may use additional cookies required for accounts, favorites, saved searches, fraud prevention, analytics, or other disclosed functions.

You can limit or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or account features from working. The website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. If a legally recognized universal opt-out signal becomes applicable to our processing, we will handle it as required by law.

If you submit a form and check the consent box, you authorize Lone Star Realty and its service provider SureSend to contact you about your inquiry by email, telephone, or text message, including through automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We will honor applicable email opt-out requests and reasonable requests to stop calls or texts. Service or transaction-related communications may continue when legally permitted or necessary to fulfill a request.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the nature of the information and relationship. We may keep a limited suppression record after an opt-out so that we can honor your preference.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. You may also opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling if we engage in those activities. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

The website is intended for a general adult real-estate audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.

The website links to services we do not control. Their privacy notices govern information collected directly on their pages. We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The revised policy will display a new effective date, and material changes will be communicated when required.
