Should you list during certain seasons?

Timing can matter, but a well-priced and well-prepared home can sell in any season. Spring and early summer often bring more buyers. I also sell several homes every year during the cooler months in Texas. In my experience, there are fewer homes competing with yours, and buyers who are shopping then often have a reason to move soon. Your own timeline, such as a PCS or job move, usually matters more than the calendar.
