How do you know which neighborhood is right for your family?

Start with what you need, not with a neighborhood name. Write down your budget, the size and style of home, your commute, how much yard and maintenance you want, and any HOA preferences. Then we look at neighborhoods that match those facts, with recent sales, drive times, and costs like HOA dues and taxes. After you've settled your needs and wants, driving the neighborhoods yourself is one of the best things you can do. It's a process of elimination, and if you end up eliminating everything, that tells you it may not be the right time to buy. If school district matters to you, I can show you which district serves an address, and you can confirm boundaries with the district. You make the decision, and I won't steer you toward or away from any area.
